The watch was designed with “Arlecchino”, a mischievous clown dressed in a diamond-patterned costume, as its motif. The graphic elements were adapted from Alessandro Mendini’s famous wine opener designed for ALESSI.	Red and white polka dots, traditional patterns of Czech in Central Europe, are featured as the design motif.	The yellow and black color coordination is suggestive of the medieval city of Siena in Tuscany, Italy including its ocher soil and Gothic architecture.
